What is Grief?

Grief (also called bereavement), The death of someone close to us is one of life’s most stressful events. Coping with the changes it bring to our lives is vital to our mental health.

It is common for a grieving person to feel depressed, confused and disconnected from others, as well it is difficult to become part of another persons grieving process. Understanding how to cope with the changes and supporting a loved one or friend can be challenging.
